1.The following documents signed between the Azerbaijan Republic and Ukraine in Kiev on 28 October 2010 shall be approved:
1.1.The Agreement on Cooperation between the Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on the archive business;
1.2.The Agreement on Cooperation between the Azerbaijan Television and Radio Programmes closed joint-stock company and the Ukrainian National Television Company;
2.The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with taking necessary measures to implement the documents indicated in Points 1.1 and 1.2 of this decree.
3.The Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked notifying the Ukrainian side about the implementation of necessary internal state procedures for the documents indicated in Points 1.1 and 1.2 of this decree to come into force.
