1. "The Protocol on Cooperation signed between the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Foreign Ministry of Montenegro" in Baku on 26 November 2010 shall be approved.
2. The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the Protocol indicated in Point 1 of this decree.
3. The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with notifying the Montenegro side about necessary internal state procedures for the Protocol indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
