1."The Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Republic of Argentina" in Baku on 24 November 2010 shall be approved.
2. The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the Memorandum indicated in Point 1 of this decree.
3.The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with notifying the Republic of Argentina about necessary internal state procedures for the Memorandum indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
