As a talented leader and wise politician with strategic vision, you work for the prosperity of your beloved country for past long years. You have earned a big popularity and a deep respect and love of the people of Azerbaijan.

I would like to express my special gratitude for your attention to Saint-Petersburg. In the course of last years, relations between Azerbaijan and Saint-Petersburg are developing successfully and effectively. The creation of the Commission for Co-operation between the Government of Saint-Petersburg and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan demonstrates it once again. Its activities will undoubtedly bring a new momentum to the development our economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian relations.
