On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and the people of your country on the occasion of the public holiday of the Republic of Tajikistan – Independence Day.

Azerbaijan and Tajikistan are bound together by traditional friendship and cooperation. Having acquired a new content, our relations are today rapidly developing in all areas.

I`m confident that we will continue joint efforts towards developing and strengthening the relations between our governments and expanding Azerbaijan-Tajikistan economic and humanitarian ties.
