President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the Central City Stadium in Beylagan after major repair and reconstruction.
The construction of the stadium started in January 2014. The high-quality construction work was carried out using internal resources. The 3,000-seat stadium has locker rooms, a press hall, coaching and medical rooms. There is also a rubber-coated running track with six lanes, 11 fitness facilities, basketball, volleyball and mini-football courts. The opening of the Central City Stadium in Beylagan will increase local youngsters` interest in football.
The construction of the modern Olympic complexes and other sports facilities in Baku and the regions paves the way for holding international competitions all over the country. The construction of modern sports facilities in the country is of great importance from the point of view of ensuring young sportsmen's success and healthy upbringing.
