President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso have visited the Highland Park.

After reconstruction the Highland Park turned into a popular place for the residents and visitors of the capital. The park commands spectacular views of the city and the Baku bay.

President Ilham Aliyev and President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso admired panoramic views of the city.

President Ilham Aliyev then invited President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso to a tea table.
