It gives us great pleasure on the occasion of your celebration of the National Day of the fraternal Republic of Azerbaijan, to convey to Your Excellency, on behalf of the State of Palestine, our Palestinian people and my own-behalf; and through You to your esteemed government and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, our warm heartfelt congratulations, and our best wishes for the return of this occasion upon You, your people and country with further progress and prosperity. Expressing our profound appreciation for your firm brotherly support and solidarity with our people and their struggle to end the occupation of their homeland, and establish their independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Shareef as its capital.
