Your Excellency,

On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, please allow me to extend to you, on behalf of the Slovenian people and on my own behalf heartfelt congratulations along with best wishes for all-round progress and prosperity of your country.

May I take this opportunity to express satisfaction with the consolidated partnership and successful cooperation between our two countries in the bilateral context, particularly in economy. It is firm belief that the relations between Slovenia and Azerbaijan will be further enhanced through regular dialogue and mutual understanding in a friendly spirit, thus serving the interests of both countries and strengthening peace, stability and understanding in the region and beyond.
