Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday of the Republic of Poland - Constitution Day.

The present level of Azerbaijani-Polish relations is gratifying. I do hope that we will continue applying consistent efforts to further strengthen the relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation.

On this auspicious day I wish you all the best and the people of Poland stability and prosperity.
