President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Sochi.
The sides pointed to a high level of political relations between the two countries, expressed their satisfaction with the dynamic development of relations and stressed the importance of stepping up efforts to further expand the cooperation.
The parties also exchanged views on the expansion of economic ties between the two countries, in particular the cooperation in trade, investment, joint ventures, tourism, agriculture and other fields.
