1. The Protocol on Mutual Activities in the years of 2011-2012 between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation signed in Saint-Petersburg on September 17, 2010 is approved hereby.
2. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan is entitled to ensure the implementation of the Protocol mentioned in Item 1 of the present Decree.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan should communicate to the Russian Federation about implementation of internal state procedures which are necessary for entering into force of the Protocol mentioned in Item 1 of the present Decree.
