1. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Approval of the Agreement on Interaction between participating countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of ensuring security of persons to be protected by the state signed without any preliminary conditions by the Republic of Azerbaijan in Bishkek city October 10, 2008 is approved hereby.
2. The State Special Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan is entitled to ensure the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Item 1 of the present Decree.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan should communicate to the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States about implementation of internal state procedures which are necessary for entering into force of the Agreement mentioned in Item 1 of the present Decree.
