The decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on decorating Rene van der Linden with the Dostlug Order

Guided by Point 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I resolve:

To decorate the special envoy of the Government of the Netherlands for the Caspian region and Turkish and Russian energy affairs, Senator Rene van der Linden, with the Dostlug Order for his special contribution to the development of friendly and cooperative relations between the Azerbaijan Republic and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
