On behalf of the scientific-teaching staff, students, teachers and parent groups of the Education Council of the Azerbaijan International Education Centre and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency on your re-election as President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Your brilliant victory in the elections is a clear demonstration of the trust and confidence of the Azerbaijani people in you, the establishment of democracy in the country and the creation of a free, fair and transparent electoral system on a strong foundation.
Electing you to the highest state position again, the people of Azerbaijan gave a nationwide assessment of your work over the past 10 years, thus confirmed your commitment to the ideas of national leader Heydar Aliyev and proved that they support it.
Perceiving this choice of the people with joy and pride, we declare that we will continue to actively participate in the implementation of your policy in the field of education and in the formation of the younger generation as active creators of the future of Azerbaijan and faithfully serve Your Excellency and the people of Azerbaijan.
