After the awarding ceremony, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had a meeting with Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
At the meeting, they stressed that friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey based on strategic cooperation are successfully developing in the political, economic, energy and all other fields. It was noted that the Azerbaijani President’s official visit to Turkey will contribute to the further strengthening of our relations.
During the conversation, the sides expressed confidence in the sustainable development of Azerbaijani-Turkish bilateral relations.
