On 11 October, Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili telephoned President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Bidzina Ivanishvili congratulated the head of our state on a landslide victory in the presidential election and wished him every success in the presidential activities.

The President thanked the Prime Minister of Georgia for the attention and congratulations.

During the telephone conversation, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili expressed their confidence that the relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia would continue to develop in various fields in the future.
