During the First Karabakh War, I fought against the enemy as part of the volunteer defense battalion in our native and holy Shusha, serving as a signaler. With 43 years of

experience in the field of communications, I have witnessed both painful and joyful days in the service of my homeland.

Mr. Commander-in-Chief, I wish to express my deepest gratitude to you for recognizing my contributions and awarding me the "Taraggi" ("Progress") medal.
