republic.

Your wise leadership and exceptional organizational skills ensured the successful overcoming of all challenges, allowing us to host this event at the highest level. The

remarkable success of this event stands as yet another of your outstanding achievements on the international stage, following the historic triumph of the Second

Karabakh War.
