Your country celebrates its main holiday with impressive results in economic development and successes on the international stage, achieved thanks to your policy of building an independent, sovereign state.

I fondly recall my recent visit to friendly Azerbaijan. During the visit, we discussed a wide range of important issues in a trusting and constructive manner.

The outcomes of substantive negotiations confirmed the high level of strategic partnership, demonstrating the significant potential for multilateral mutual activities between Minsk and Baku.

I wish you, esteemed Ilham Heydarovich, and your family strong health, happiness and prosperity, and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan peace and well-being.
