Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China in Beijing on 12 June 2012

Governed by Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows: 

1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China in Beijing on 12 June 2012:
1.1. The Memorandum on Cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China;
1.2. The Protocol on the establishment of a Working Group on trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region within the framework of the Intergovernmental Commission on the Azerbaijani-Chinese trade and economic cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
2. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the documents specified in Clauses 1.1-1.2 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the People’s Republic of China of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said agreements.
