Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the National Children’s Clinical Hospital after major overhaul and reconstruction

President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of the National Children’s Clinical Hospital after major overhaul and reconstruction.

The head of state examined the stand reflecting the condition of the hospital before renovation.

In the lobby of the hospital there are photo stands depicting the care and attention of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva to children.

Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev informed the President of the work done. He said the reconstruction of the hospital began in June 2010. The renovation and restoration work in the building have been completed at a high level. This 100-bed hospital is fitted with the latest equipment. Patients will be looked after by a staff of more than 200 people, including 80 doctors.

President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the hospital’s departments and wards.

Expressing his satisfaction with the work done, the President gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
