Ilham Aliyev viewed construction of new residential complex for inhabitants of unfit buildings in Pirallahi

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva viewed apartments in the new complex being constructed for inhabitants of the unfit buildings in Pirallahi district.

The construction of the complex started in 2017. It is being constructed to improve the living conditions of 1510 families comprised of 5,181 people who live in 369 unfit buildings in the district.

The complex, which occupies an area of 6,5 hectares, includes 28 multistory buildings with a total of 807 apartments.

The construction work in three buildings has already been completed. Two hundred people are involved in the construction work.

The residential complex features a 792-seat school, a 120-seat kindergarten, three sports grounds and a cycling lane. Extensive landscaping work was carried out and green areas were laid out in the area.
