The news of numerous casualties in the aftermath of acts of terror in the city of Oslo has saddened us very much.
We are extremely outraged with such horrific events and resolutely condemn all forms of terrorism.
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I would like to express my most sincere condolences to you, the families and friends of the victims and all the people of Norway, and wish those injured and wounded a speedy recovery.
