In our country you are known as a friend of Azerbaijan who made a great contribution to the strengthening of international scientific relations. We highly appreciate your valuable recommendations as adviser on the State Program on the establishment and development of space industry in Azerbaijan as well as on the launch of our country's first satellite into orbit.

The fact that you were awarded "Dostlug" Order, one of the high state awards of Azerbaijan, is indicative of recognition of your exceptional services.
