Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to sincerely congratulate you and your people on the occasion of the national holiday of your country – the Day of Statehood.

Azerbaijani-Slovenian relations are developing successfully today. I am sure that we will continue applying mutual effort in the future in order to further strengthen the friendly relations between our countries and peoples and deepen our bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

On this remarkable day I wish you good health and success in your work, and calm and prosperity to the friendly people of Slovenia.
