President Ilham Aliyev has met with the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Slavica Dukic Dejanovic.
It was indicated during the meeting that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s official visit to Serbia would contribute to the development of relations between the two countries and peoples.
The sides noted that the documents signed within the visit framework would facilitate economic and political contacts and that both countries were safeguarding each other’s positions in international organizations at a high level.
It was stressed during the meeting that the inter-parliamentary relations were aimed at further expanding the bilateral agenda.
The sides stressed the need for broadening cooperation in this area. It was also noted that bilateral relations in various spheres were dynamically developing, which further improves cooperation between the two countries.
