Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Morocco” signed in Baku on 14 March 2011.
2. To task the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the execution of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Decree.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the Kingdom of Morocco side of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Decree
