Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the fight against human trafficking between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Committee on Fight against Human Trafficking of the United Arab Emirates” signed in Abu Dhabi on 21 March 2011.
2. To task the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the execution of the Memorandum mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Decree.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the United Arab Emirates side of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the Memorandum mentioned in Clause 1 the present Decree
