Ilham Aliyev visited the tomb of National Leader Heydar Aliyev

President Ilham Aliyev, his spouse, members of the family, relatives of the national leader and his close friends arrived at the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to the national leader on his anniversary.

President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the tomb of the national leader.

The national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev and his family members also laid flowers at the graves of ophthalmologist, scientist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, well-known public official Aziz Aliyev, and prominent scholar, Doctor Tamerlan Aliyev.

Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chairman of the National Assembly Ogtay Asadov, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev, ministers, head of committees and companies, deputies of the National Assembly joined the commemoration ceremony.
