President Ilham Aliyev has telephoned the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The head of state congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on being re-elected as President by the overwhelming majority of the votes, and wished him further success in important state activities and good health.
