May I extend to you and to the people of your country my sincere congratulations on the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I recall with pleasure our recent meeting on the sidelines of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi on 7 February 2014.

I highly appreciate the very good relations existing between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan and believe that they will contribute to growing prosperity of both our countries.

Accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for every success in your demanding work and for the well-being and prosperity of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
