President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych made a telephone call to Ilham Aliyev

On December 24, President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych made a telephone call to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Viktor Yanukovych congratulated the Head of State on his birthday, and wished him further successes in his presidential activities and robust health.

The Head of State thanked the Ukrainian President for the congratulation and attention.

The Azerbaijani and Ukrainian presidents hailed development of the bilateral relations in a variety of fields, and stressed the importance of Ilham Aliyev`s visit to Ukraine in November, 2013 in terms of strengthening the ties even further.

They also expressed confidence that the Azerbaijan-Ukraine cooperation would continue to expand.
