Ilham Aliyev left for a working visit to the Russian Federation

President Ilham Aliyev left for a working visit to the Russian Federation. 

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Administration of the President Ramiz Mehdiyev, and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
