Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Poylu-Khatai-Yenigun-Ashagi Goychali motor road in Agstafa

As part of a visit to Agstafa District, President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a road linking the villages of Poylu, Khatai, Yenigun and Ashagi Goychali.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the road.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed that all resources were mobilized for the construction of the modern 7.5-km motor road. The construction was completed in a short period of time. The villages through which the road passes are home to more than 6,000 people. The commissioning of the road has contributed to people’s comfort and safety. Special attention during construction was paid to landscaping – the unsightly buildings along the road were repaired and trees planted.

Three modern bus stops and a large number of road signs have also been installed.

President Ilham Aliyev met with residents of the village.

Local residents expressed their appreciation for the care and attention.
