I was deeply saddened by the news of heavy loss of life as a result of explosions in Ankara.
We are extremely outraged by this act of terror, and consider joint fight against terrorism in all of its manifestations inevitable.
On the occasion of this tragedy, we share your grief and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and the fraternal people of Turkey, and wish those injured recovery.
May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
