Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich

I am deeply shocked by the news of the fatalities and casualties resulting from the terrorist act which occurred at the railway station in Volgograd.

We resolutely condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

I express my sincere condolences to you, the families and friends of those who died. I wish those wounded a very speedy recovery.
