Your Excellency Mr President,

On behalf of the German-Azerbaijani forum and myself, I cordially congratulate you on a brilliant victory in your reelection to the post of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The results of the election primarily represent proof of your great contribution to the economic and social development of Azerbaijan in the previous period of your presidency. Today, Azerbaijan is a reliable and equal partner of the European Union and Germany. This, first of all, has happened thanks to you. We wish you every success in your future activities in this high post.

In recent years, economic, political and cultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and Germany has developed steadily. The German-Azerbaijani forum intends to continue to promote and expand the ties between our countries for the benefit of citizens. To do this, we have planned a number of projects for the next few years and look forward on the support of the Azerbaijani side in their implementation. One such project is the organization, at the invitation of our forum, of a visit to Baku of German celebrities in the spring of 2014. We are confident that as part of this visit we will be lucky enough to be received by you. This meeting will further strengthen our friendship with Azerbaijan.
