It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I learned about the result of the Azerbaijan elections.

Allow me to express my warmest congratulations and best wishes for this great, undoubtedly well deserved success.

I also take this opportunity to present my compliments and reassure you of the importance of your Country’s participation in the work of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV).

The fruitful and effective cooperation between OIV and the Azerbaijan Authorities and national vitiviniculture institutions will be a great opportunity for the world of Wine.

I take the opportunity to inform you that I will be in Azerbaijan to take part in the 3rd International Humanitarian Forum on 31st October to 1st November and in the 2nd International Festival of Wine and Vine on the 1st and 2nd November 2013.

While renewing my congratulations, I look forward to meeting you there, in Baku or Ganja.
