President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the Special Coordinator for the observation of presidential elections in Azerbaijan appointed by the OSCE Chairman in Office and the head of the France-Azerbaijan friendship group of the National Assembly of France, Thierry Mariani.

The sides exchanged views on preparations for the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
