President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received members of the Special Committee’s pre-election mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for the observation of the presidential election in Azerbaijan.

During the meeting the sides discussed prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe, preparations for the presidential election in the country and issues pertaining to campaigning.
