Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on appointing E. Z. Karimov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria

Governed by Clause 15, Article 109, of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
Emil Zulfugar oglu Karimov shall be appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria.
