President Ilham Aliyev has received the co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Pedro Agramunt Font de Mora and Joseph Debono Grech.

The sides exchanged views on issues relating to the current state and prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe.
