President Ilham Aliyev has received the former Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Italy, Lamberto Dini.

The meeting focused on the international significance of the Second World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue and noted its importance in strengthening the intercultural and inter-civilizational dialogue.

The sides also noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Italy were developing successfully in a variety of directions, including economic, trade and other areas. The parties expressed their confidence of a further development of these relations in the future.
