President Ilham Aliyev has hosted a reception in honor of the participants of the First South Caucasus Forum being held in Baku.

The reception in honor of the participants of the First South Caucasus Forum, jointly organized by the Club of Madrid and the International Center of Nizami Ganjavi, was attended by President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva.
