President Ilham Aliyev has received the former Romanian President, Emil Constantinescu.

The former Romanian President, Emil Constantinescu, paid tribute to the memory of nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.

During the meeting the sides stressed the importance of the First South Caucasus Forum being held in Baku and expressed their satisfaction with the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Romania.
