President Ilham Aliyev has received the former President of Uruguay, Luis Alberto Lacalle.

The sides spoke about the importance of the First Forum of the South Caucasus and pointed to the presence of good opportunities for the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Uruguay.
