The relations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan are based on mutual respect, goodwill, and friendly ties. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attaches great importance to further strengthening and expanding these relations across various fields. Undoubtedly, close cooperation can play an important role in promoting regional stability and prosperity, as well as the economic development of both countries.
