I received with deep sorrow the news of the tragic crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft on December 25, which resulted in the death of 38 people and the injury of 29 others.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency, the bereaved families, and the people of Azerbaijan.
