Today, Azerbaijani-Romanian relations are on a path of dynamic development. The constantly expanding friendly relations between our two countries have established a solid basis for a fruitful cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.

Our steps towards implementing our economic initiatives, thanks to their content and prospects, have raised our relations to the level of strategic partnership. I am confident that we will continue to consistently pursue efforts to further strengthen our friendly and partnership relations.
